We need your news! We operate with a very small staff, and there’s no way he can cover it all. You’re out and about. You see what happens. Send us reports and photos, and we’ll do our best to get it on the site.

The absolute best way to get us your information is via email. Just shoot an email with all the info and pics or documents attached to info «at» WelchOK «dot» com. Please include your information in the body of the email. If you must attach documents, please make sure they are .doc (not .docx), or .pdf files. Photos should be .jpg, .gif, or .png. If you are requesting that we add something to the Community Calendar, please make sure we have both start and end times along with all the other pertinent info.

You can also submit news items via snail mail to PO Box 1, Welch OK 74369. Or you can drop it by our offices at 361 S. Commercial Street in Welch. But remember, it’s a lot easier for us to get it posted if it comes via email.

And however you submit your news, the more lead time you can give us the better. We want to cover your news and events, but if you send the info one day before, we might not be able. Plus, it’s better for you if people have more time to learn about it beforehand.
